Swept is the theme for this week IF. All I could think of was that Witch in the Wizard of Oz. And the shoes, those sparkling red shoes! I am not sure what happened here in this illo…but I think the little girl with the big boots and the dog won the battle over the mean Witch.
I did not do a “Dorothy” as I prefer for the girl to be more on the “mysterious” darker side. Maybe she is related to the Little Red hood. Maybe she is “The Little Grey hood”. Now she can take those shoes and be swept away!

Cette semaine le thème d’ IF est: Swept. La traduction? Balayer, se faire emporter… bref tout ce que j’avais en tête: Le Magicien d’Oz avec les fameux souliers rouges. Je sais pas trop ce qui se passe dans mon illo… hihi… j’ai juste imaginé que la petite fille à la capuche a probablement gagné la bataille contre la méchante sorcière. Ce n’est pas le petit chaperon rouge, peut-être est-ce le petit chaperon gris? (Sa soeur?) Enfin bon… je pense qu’elle va lui prendre ses souliers magiques. Sont si mignons!!
